My Journey: Building a Business That Feels Like Home
I didn’t follow someone else’s roadmap. I followed my knowing.
This journey began with a simple desire: to bring more joy and connection into the world through music. In 2017, I launched Tenn Little Birds—a heart-centered music program that quickly blossomed into a beloved community space for thousands of Nashville families.
Me—following my inner knowing.
As the vision expanded, so did the dream. I opened my own studio in East Nashville—a cozy, light-filled place that echoed with laughter, rhythm, and the magic of early childhood. I led a heart-centered team, learning how to delegate, trust, and lead with vision.
Joy in motion—one of our earliest Tenn Little Birds classes.
Then came motherhood. I carved out my own version of paid leave—making space to bond, heal, and stay connected while my business continued to grow. That alone felt like a radical act of alignment.
My East Nashville studio—a home for rhythm, creativity, and connection.
With time, I began to define success on my own terms:
✨ Paying myself a full salary
✨ Scaling from $7K months to $60K+ launches
✨ Crossing $200K in annual revenue—while working part-time and being fully present with my family
These aren’t just milestones.
They’re reminders of what’s possible when we build our businesses from the inside out—with intuition, spaciousness, and soul.
Finding ways to stay connected to my business while navigating the raw, beautiful demands of this tender season.
Now, I guide other women—especially mothers—through this same path of gentle expansion.
To grow without burning out.
To lead without losing themselves.
To return to what they already know.
Rooted, intuitive, and walking the path I now guide others through.
